The Mourning Tree review
Posted : 11 years, 9 months ago on 26 February 2013 11:39 (A review of The Mourning Tree)I know it's good. I wrote it and will be adding 11 more books to this series of children's books. The Mourning Tree is about a father and son that learn to cope with the loss of a loved one through nature. Subtle and unique this and other children's books in this series are to help children and even adults how to answer the questions a parent or loved one might not be able to answer. easy for children to read and understand, these books will help you understand and move on in life.

The Three Stooges review
Posted : 12 years, 4 months ago on 22 July 2012 09:22 (A review of The Three Stooges )Although this was a great remake of the originals, I felt that the movie lacked the meat and potatoes of mixed comedy one might expect from these characters. It did have funny high points, but I was surprised at how little I laughed throughout the movie. Funny overall and worth seeing or buying, but it had only enough punch lines to make it enjoyable instead of hilarious as it should be, great remake though.

The Postman review
Posted : 12 years, 4 months ago on 13 July 2012 05:18 (A review of The Postman)I was a bit skeptical in the beginning of this movie that it would be something less than entertaining. Yet, as the movie progressed, it took on a new inspiration for all of us around the world, but mostly here in the United States, reminded of how we can come together as a nation, and what can bring us all down to our knees. This movie tells a story of hope. Hope of something we used to be, and still can be. As a combat and disabled veteran myself, I fully understand that war is nothing more than the greed of those who’s shirt and pants are put on the same as anyone else. The greed of fear, which they hide under their shirt while the majority live with their fear on their sleeves for all to see. It doesn't have to be like that at all as this movie has presented. Being knocked back to the Stone Age does not mean we cannot pick ourselves back up, and become something better than we were before, and without war, fear, or greed. This movie shows the deeper side of humanity, where we came from, and what we ALL can achieve if we would only stop for a moment to see that war is not the answer, it never has been. With that said, I give this five stars for amazing acting, story line, a heartfelt reminder of life, and an all-around wholesome movie for all to see.
